- Perform hip escapes drill (jiu-jitsu technique for escaping opponent's position of control) for 3 minutes.
- Immediately run to studio space, and paint for 3 minutes. 
- Repeat this process for 5 rounds (total of 15 mins of hip escapes and 15 mins of painting)
